Ryo Fukuda
Intermezzo String Ensemble Conductor

Mr. Fukuda received his musical training at the Manhattan School of Music where he studied with Professor Raphael Bronstein and Ariana Bronne. Mr. Fukuda has lived in the South Bay since 1998. He has a private teaching studio and is also on the faculty of Santa Clara University. In addition to his teaching schedule, Mr. Fukuda has spent time as a string coach with the following youth orchestras: San Jose Youth Symphony, PACO, El Camino Youth Symphony, Peninsula Youth Orchestra and the Fremont Youth Symphony. He was a guest conductor of the Preparatory and Training groups of PACO during the 2001-2002 season. Mr. Fukuda has performed with the San Jose Symphony, Opera San Jose, San Jose Chamber Orchestra, Monterey Symphony, Stockton Symphony, and the Pacific Chamber Symphony. In addition, he has spent several summers at the Cazadero Performing Arts Camp as a violin instructor.
