Auditions will be held on March 31, April 14, 21, 2012 and March 25 (for the Percussion Ensemble only). The date and time of you audition are based on the availability of the conductors and the instrument you play. If you have a preference on the dates, please indicate below. Application Fee A $25 non-refundable application fee is required to process your application. You can pay by one of the following methods:

Terms and Conditions
I understand that by completing the audition application I am not guaranteed membership in a San Jose Youth Symphony Orchestra. In addition, I understand that I may audition for the San Jose Youth Symphony only once in a calendar year. I also understand that my placement in the San Jose Youth Symphony will be based on my ability as a musician as demonstrated at my audition. The San Jose Youth Symphony does not discriminate based on race, creed, religion, sex, color or disability. I understand that if I am accepted to the San Jose Youth Symphony, I will be required to pay a yearly tuition. If I am unable to pay the tuition I may apply for a limited number of scholarships available. I hereby agree to abide by the requirements outlined in this application and that acceptance of my application will be confirmed by the San Jose Youth Symphony after its submission.
